Katie, Jeque and sweet Zoomie are having fun out on our cattle lease. It’s 230 acres fenced, with groomed trails to ride on. It’s right next to our facility. If you board your horse here, you will have access to a large arena with obstacles and lights, dressage arena, 2 square pens and a round pen, the fenced in trails that also have access to endless trails outside of our trails. You will have different types of stalls to choose from and we offer 12 different turnouts for the horses.

We have some stalls available for boarding at the Seventy Seven Equestrian Center. Board is $500/month for full-care. We feed premium alfalfa and bermuda hay, do turnouts and will feed your supplements (as long as they are bagged for us). We have a full-size lighted arena, two 50' x 70' square pens, a round pen, a 20 x 40 meter dressage arena, obstacle course and 233 acres of private, groomed trails. Most stalls at 12'x24'. At 4500' our weather is much cooler than the valleys. Here's some pics of what we have to offer:

"HOT" TIPS FOR SAFE SUMMER RIDING

As you prepare for fun in the sun with your favorite equine, make sure you understand how the combination of heat and humidity can take the fun part out the equation — and potentially even turn into a dangerous situation for your horse.

When riding in hot weather, remember to take precautions and use your common sense. Remain vigilant for dehydration and for signs of heat exhaustion, as the situation can quickly escalate into heat stroke. If your horse looks hot and tired, it's time for a drink, a cold bath and a break in the shade.

Let's all be careful with this intensely hot weather. Remember, any horses in training that miss working time because of hot/bad weather will have their training extended at no cost the the client.
