We love getting feedback and check out this AWESOME email for our groomer, Katie:

"Hello --
I have been bringing my dogs [pups 1 and 2] to Woof Gangs for over 5 years now. First we started in Waterford lakes which was near where we were living at the time. The last three years we've lived in Lake Nona and have had them groomed at the Lake Nona location.

Every grooming has been done by Katie and it seems she outdoes herself every single grooming. She has seemed to master our dogs preferences and routines and they always come out of those grooming sessions clean and well groomed. She takes time to work with [Pup 1]'s very tangly hair and has given us advice on how to keep him from knotting up at home to make his grooming appointments even better and easier. Even though grooming is stressful for dogs, Katie makes this as easy and relaxing as possible for them.

Because of Katie i've recommended countless dog owners to get their grooming done at Woof Gangs in Lake Nona and will continue to do so.

All of my recommendations and kudos to Katie! She's the best!"
