It seems that the canine illness is caused by “a funky bacterium” that’s never been seen before —- and doesn’t even have a name yet.

We love taking care of all of our senior dogs that come in. That's why we make special efforts so they feel comfortable and safe while they are in our care. Some don't like big groups or rambunctious puppies...so we offer individual play time so your senior still gets time to exercise, be properly noticed, and well taken care of.

Did you know that Small breeds are considered senior dogs when they turn 10 to 12 years old. Medium breeds are considered senior dogs when they hit 8 to 9 years old. Large and giant breeds are considered senior dogs at around 6 to 7 years old!

We get asked frequently...why do the vaccines like Bordetella need to be done? Well...it is given to both puppies and adult dogs. This vaccine helps to ward off a frequent illness that is known as kennel cough. Kennel cough is easily spread from one dog to another and is HIGHLY contagious. No one likes to be sick and we are meticulous about cleaning our facility and don't want your pets to be exposed to anything that could be a health threat.
All pets boarded need to have current vet verified vaccination papers, if your check in time is after vet hours and you do not have proper paperwork we will not be able to take your pet. Don't delay, update your pet today!
