The Oshkosh Parks Department consists of Oshkosh’s parks, cemetery, zoo, urban forestry programs, Po***ck Community Water Park and the Leach Amphitheater. The Parks Department system has thirteen rentable shelters located in four different parks and six boat launch areas.

Menominee Park and Zoo announces new hours. Monday through Friday Only, 10 am to 2 pm, and no holidays. These hours will be in place through December 30, 2024.

Howl amongst the wolves this Halloween at the Friday, October 18, from 5 to 9 pm FREE Brews in the Zoo event in Menominee Park and Zoo. Live music with Jet Pack Stereo! Local craft brews and food trucks. There are great prizes for costumes. The categories are Best Budget, Best Makeup, Most Creative, Best Group, Best Couple, and the Laziest Costume.

It's everyone's favorite Halloween Event. Zooloween Boo is Saturday, October 19, from 11 am to 3 pm at Menominee Park and Zoo. It's a family event, and we want to see everyone in a costume! 🇺🇸 The Festival Foods Fireworks Show at Menominee Park in Oshkosh is still scheduled to happen this evening at dusk. We will notify you here if there is a postponement, but as of now (2:00 PM July 4) the show is on! 🎆

We are opening tomorrow, and we hope your Memorial Day plans include visiting the Menominee Park and Zoo. The Zoo's hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and admission is FREE. Remember to stop at the LakeFly Cafe. The new zoo souvenirs will have your kids exploring Prehistoric Dinosaurs, the Ocean, North America's Wilderness, and Insects, going on Safari, and checking out farm animals.

Here's why visiting the FREE Menominee Park and Zoo is so much fun. We appreciate everyone's patience with the construction at the Zoo. All of the exhibits and paths will be open by Saturday, May 27th! Bring your family out to visit the Zoo this weekend. Open daily from 9 am to 6 pm. Admission is FREE.

The Oshkosh Parks Department was out at the Menominee Park and Zoo rink, getting it ready for today's special event! We are open Friday (2/10/23), Saturday, and Sunday from Noon to 4 pm.
