Did you know that you can use your cold wood ashes in your chickens nesting boxes for bedding? It acts like kitty litter if the 💩 in the boxes, keeping the eggs nice and clean!

Chickens also like cold wood ashes to take a dust bath in!

UPDATE: I have passed my house inspection! I am now setting up meet and greets to get kiddo’s enrolled! Call/text or email today to set up a time to enroll your kiddos!

I’m so close to the final part to where I can start watching kiddos! I have one more step, my house inspection! Once I pass my house inspection I will be able to watch the kiddos. So with that being said if anyone needs daycare or knows someone that does send them my way. I would be more than happy to help them out!

Throughout the month of October, the City of Hillsdale and Hillsdale Board of Public Utilities are raising money for breast cancer research and patient resources.

We are taking part in a friendly challenge with our neighbors and fellow Michigan South Central Power Agency (MSCPA) members, including the City of Coldwater, City of Marshall, and the Village of Clinton, to see which community can raise the most money for this worthy cause.

All funds donated will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
We invite you to help us achieve our goal!

There are two ways you can donate:

The chickens are back laying like crazy after having the winter off. With that being said we have 9 dozen of eggs available! Our eggs are still $2 a dozen. I will be in Hillsdale tomorrow if someone would like me to meet up with them for our yummy chicken eggs 🥚 🐣.
