We received an unexpected arrival this past week. An older jack russell terrier named Chico was left at our front gate with his belongings and a note to find him a good home. Although we understand the financial hardship and how difficult it is to find help, we ask the public not to do this as it is never certain that the animal surrendered would be found in a timely manner. We are filled to capacity but if you find yourself in a similar situation please call or email us at [email protected] or 914-487-3018 and we will certainly try our very best to help!

Chico update: He’s settling in well! making friends, getting lots of cuddles 😊 he due to see the vet tomorrow 🐾 More updates to come!

Samson is a very sweet boy who LOVES going for walks and playing with his friends! It may take a second for him to warm up to you but once he does, it’s nonstop fun!!
