Posting a little early this year but it’s officially been 6 YEARS in August since I opened my salon!!!!

I sure love puppy first grooms! 😍

Did you know?
I HIGHLY recommend as soon as your pups had 2 rounds of vaccines to bring that sweet baby in to start grooming!

Getting your pup groomed at an early age not only teaches them what to expect when it’s time for their first full hair cut but it also teaches them that grooming is an enjoyable thing and that there is nothing scary for them when coming so often!

I recommend bringing those puppies on an every 4-5 week schedule to ensure they’re comfortable and we can also help them stay in their best shape this way!

Just another friendly reminder: appointment handling can be done online.
If you’re unable to reach me as some days are very busy or the salon is closed you can cancel/reschedule/book directly through my online site! You can also download the square go app for your convenience, so many options!

A 48 hour notice is always required for cancellations/rescheduling!
The site (as well as a reminder text and email) allows you to avoid fees by having access at the click of a button!

I’m staying very busy so if you do not think you can keep your appointment please be sure to cancel asap so that someone else can snag the spot off my waitlist!

Good afternoon! Just a friendly reminder that I require a 48 hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling.

Failure to do so does results in fees being charged as I’m unable to cover these slots. Being that I am appointment based I rely on my appointments to show up, to keep my salon running and support my family. When my appointments don’t show, I am not paid. This is why there are fees applied.

Please be respectful to my time as well as my clients who are patiently waiting for openings with me.

Today I had a 3 hour no show. That is 3 hours of my time that was dedicated to that client; it is 3 hours that could have been offered to another client who would have loved to come in.

I do require cards on file for this reason. However, cards don’t always go through. If you no show or cancel without a 48 hour notice and your card declines you will be sent an invoice. Failure to pay the invoice will result in immediate termination from my salon.

Thank you to those of you that respect my time and support my small business, it means the world to me to that you support my family and doing what I love!
