This is how it all started, In 2004 I saw a "Do it yourself Hot Sauce kit" at a yard sale and thought I can make that, so after learning hot to make hot sauce, I did a lot of R& D for about a year and finally come up with my own recipe of premium peppers, and a combination of spices. After making about 4 dozen bottles and giving them away to friends, the reviews were all positive,but at the time I

was not ready to persue further yet, for personall reasons. The time now is 2007 and was just getting in a relationship with the most wonderful lady I have ever known,Shortly after the wedding in 2008 I ran into health problems and was forced to retire and figure out what to do the rest of my life, still talking about how I should get back into making Hot Stuff..in 2010 My wife and I moved to a place just north of Prescott AZ with all our pets and Jeep for fun and been living on a month to month basis until she recently told me to start making more Hot Stuff for everyone to taste, dont keep it all to yourself. I went to the safe and pulled out my secret recipe and began working on making more "Hot Stuff" for everyone to have, again I started making it to give as samples to everyone I saw and the reviews were so positive, I am going into full production on a large scale now. I got the name "Big Al's Hot Stuff" because growing up my friends always called me Big Al and Hot Stuff is because this is really not a sauce or a salsa..it in the middle..Thicker then hot sauce and thinner then salsa...
The uses for my stuff is endless, it can be used to top just about anything even adding it to nacho chees dip for that extra zip, also mix some in you sour cream for more flavor when dippin those chips. as far as food goes, Me personally I use it on almost everything I cook just for a little extra flavor. All my peppers are locally grown, and as soon as we get more room I will be growing my own...Right now I only have one kind of stuff, however I am working on 3 more varieties for the near future. Good day to y'all.
I just found another great use for Big Al's Hot Stuff.
When making homemade pizza, instead of pizza sauce or tomato sauce, use Big Al's instead. I did earlier and WOW what a great taste it gave my pizza.

Morning all. I got an idea again, I mentioned it a long time ago so here I go again.
I am considering only selling the dry ingredients for my stuff for 15$ plus 7 for shipping and a list of the rest of ingredients for you to be able to make a gallon of my stuff at home.
