TERMS OF SERVICE/GUARANTEE

All guarantees apply to the ORIGINAL buyer. Every animal we produce at GWE is guaranteed to be healthy, accurately sexed, feeding well and honestly represented. Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% accurate on so we make our best guess based on what is in

the pairing and other breeders feel it may be. All 100% hets can be provided with proof of lock photos of the animals that produced the hets. The animals health is guaranteed ONLY for 24 hours after arrival as we cannot control what buyers do after or the environment they choose to keep the animal in. If not satisfied with your purchase, GWE MUST be notified within 24 hours of arrival. If no response in that time, it is considered that the transaction is complete and the buyer happy. PAYMENT

**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS!** We will not hold any animals for anyone at anytime without a deposit!!! All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age OR have parental permission to purchase an animal. Any purchases OVER $500 will have to have proof of ID
Payment can be made through Square or Paypal – those are the preferred method of payment. Money orders and/or checks will ensure a hold on the animal but will not ship till DMR has received and money has cleared. Payment MUST be made in full before the animal is shipped – no exceptions. Payment plans are available – to hold any animal a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid first. Below are the payment plan tiers available.

30 days (minimum purchase of $250)
45 days (minimum purchase of $500)
60 days (minimum purchase of $1000)

Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan installments are non-refundable, but are transferable to another purchase. SHIPPING

Animals are shipped Mon-Wed via Reptiles Express or Ship Your Reptiles (FedEx Priority Overnight) when temperature and weather permit. Shipping is done between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit – If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOID. Dead on arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.

**SHIPPING IS AN ADDITIONAL $70** (only exceptions are adults due to weight)

Man… this one stings. Regardless of your feelings, he was a person and no one should have their remaining days end like this. We must continue to work as a community, to educate others, and bring the LegaSea to life 💜💜💜 all our love to brian and his family through this difficult time

On behalf of the Barczyk family and our entire team at The Reptarium, it is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Brian Barczyk.

More than the guiding light of our organization, Brian's fervent passion for reptiles and wildlife, along with his steadfast dedication to education, has touched innumerable hearts and minds globally.

Our deepest sympathies are with Brian's family, his friends, and all those whose lives he has touched. We've lost an exceptional individual – a visionary, mentor, and friend. For those of us who had the privilege of working alongside him, Brian's absence leaves an immeasurable void.
As we navigate this difficult time, we find comfort in the memories and the lasting light of Brian's work. He will be deeply missed but indeed, never forgotten.

The Barczyk family invites you to join us for a Public Memorial Walk-through to honor Brian’s memory. The event will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Heritage Church, located at 44625 Schoenherr Rd. Sterling Heights, MI 48313 from 1-3pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to show your support by visiting https://thereptarium.com/pages/brianbarczyk . Your engagement and involvement are greatly valued during this time.

Also, at LegaSea's opening, visitors will find Brian's handprints. Guests place their hands in his, continuing his legacy in a simple, yet powerful gesture. Please continue to follow this page for updates.
