It’s summer! With that being said, please expect longer wait times for appointments. We are currently not accepting new clients so that we are able to accommodate all of you. Some of our girls are taking time off to enjoy summer with their families so our availability for July is limited. Thank you❤️ 🐾

So, full disclosure, I am a bit biased as I have handled Jacqueline's website, booking engine, signage, graphics etc for a few years but this appreciation is not founded in that. Yesterday, we took our two dogs to get a bath and cut and on the way home my wife and I talked about the doggos, groomingdales, the staff and Jacqueline's unique personality.

First, the doggos came out looking flawless as always. While we travelled, we had to use a lot of bigger stores for their grooming and it was always hit and miss and it just wasn't our speed. Before and after travelling, we only go to GD. This choice isn't just because of how the doggos come out looking and feeling... it's because of the PEOPLE there. J is just so authentically herself and it's refreshing these days. You can tell that her just being her is a huge difference maker in the style, approach and attitudes of the others who work there. When we walked in the door our new puppy was greeted BY NAME even though the puppers had never been there and we hadn't shared photos etc. That blew us away. Past that, everyone there is always smiling and it is really obvious that they aren't painting that smile on. This overwhelming and authentic kindness certainly helps the doggos that are there and may be nervous. You just know they pick up on these positive people and their energy and find some peace in it.

Just, all around, I can't say enough. I rarely ever leave reviews but when something unique and positive sticks out so strong and for so long I think it is important to re-enforce what they pour their heart into.

PS: A website refresh, updated announcements, updated scheduling, the FB design elements such as banners will all be published over the next 5 days- I hope you like them!

PPS: This is how ridiculously cute, handsome, emotive, soft and fluffy the doggos are every time we pick them up!
