We're excited to say that Stark Danes' Jabber(Chocolate Mismarked Mantle) and our Nala(Fawnequin) have bred twice! So now it's the waiting game to see if she took! We also had an accidental lock between Loki(Brindle) and Karma(Merle Mismarked Mantle Tan Point) so we might have a litter off them too! If both are pregnant then we expect pups due mid to late October!

Just wanted to post that my beautiful girl Nala now has her CHIC # and has passed all health testing!! I'm so proud of this beautiful girl and super happy! Love this girl so much❤

A studding to our male Loki went wonderful and resulted in 8 big beautiful pups! 6 girls(5 Black & 1 Merle) and 2 boys(1 Black & 1 Merle) Once we decide our pick then we'll go down the waitlist to see who's interested. Jamie Reed Chaffin is the dam owner

So we have 2 announcements. First one is today is Karma's birthday!! Yay! She got a nice 'Happy Birthday' treat and loved it! Second one is unfortunately Nala did not take on the breeding between her and Stark's Jabberwocky 😔 But this is not the end! We are gonna retry on her next heat which should be in August. We let everyone know on our waitlist know before making this post and we are very happy for the ones that have confirmed to stay and wait for their special pup ❤

We finally received Loki's OFA hips & elbows results. He passed with good hips and normal elbows! He is also clear of IMGD, DM, and LEMP. We're hoping to get an appointment for all the danes' heart testing in the beginning of July and we're waiting on a call back for everyone's eyes to be looked at😁

Well just to update everyone, Nala and I went to Texas to visit a very handsome Jabberwocky of Stark Danes! She had a TCI done Monday and a live cover Tuesday. We are VERY excited for this pairing to say the least!! We will definitely do another update when we find out if she took.

We haven't had a chance to introduce our beautiful little Pembroke Welsh Corgi Daisy Mae. She will be our female in the Corgi breeding program. She may be small but she has the biggest attitude and personality. She is also a bluie carrier & so is Tucker.

To start off 2022 we decided to add this beautiful girl to our program yesterday!! You gotta admit she's gorgeous! This is TnT's Karma The Sweetest Revenge Of Swampside, Karma for short lol. She is a Merle Tan Point Mismarked Mantle that carries Blue and Chocolate. She came from Swampside Danes who we co-own her with. She has amazing lines from Swampside Danes and Night Magic Danes and we are looking forward to her future here at TnT's K9 Haven!! Happy New Year everyone!

Introducing TnT's Dumb Luck Tucker aka "Tucker". This beautiful lil man came from Hair’s Creole Corgis. He will be our future founder of our Pembroke Welsh Corgi breeding program. We are excited to see how he grows and as soon as possible we are gonna be ordering his genetics test through UC Davis to ensure he is clean of any genetic diseases. But all around he is an adorable and perfect lil boy! 😍

⚠️ Bloat and gastric torsion are so real!
The percentage of Great Danes that don’t make it out of surgery is high. How do we prevent this? Never ever let your Dane run and play for at least an hour before or after they eat and are well digested. Why not let them play before they eat? If they are panting, they will be taking in massive amounts of air while they’re are eating. This can cause bloating. If you let them play after they eat, their floating stomach (unique to certain breeds) can flip over their intestines and literally strangle them. This is more avoidable when you follow the simple 60/60 rule. Also when you spay or neuter your Dane we’d suggest asking your Vet if they do “Gastropexy” This is a surgical procedure performed most commonly in large breed dogs to prevent gastric dilatation or as mentioned about “bloat”.. ****Lastly always know where your local veterinary emergency center is.. Help us save a Danes life by sharing this with other large breed and Great Dane owners. Thank you!! 🐕❤️
