We have eighteen locations, in Arkansas: Fort Smith, Branch, Van Buren, Waldron, Lincoln, Elkins, Decatur, Prairie Grove/Farmington, Greenwood, Ozark, Subiaco, Mena; and in Oklahoma: Poteau, and Sallisaw.
