One whole year of Emerald Tablet. ✨
I am forever grateful for the endless love and support I’ve received over the past year. What started as a spontaneous purchase on etsy with less than a month to learn and prepare for my first market has flourished into so much more and I am so happy to have found my *thing*. Aside from the countless formalin spills, maceration tub mishaps, missing teeth, broken wings and fragile antennae, I am still as passionate about my business as I was when I created this page a year ago. 🖤

Had a great time at the renaissance faire today, aside from the wicked sunburn I got 😭. Shoutout to Catlyn for helping me set up and sitting in the burning sun with me all day 😂💕 Completely forgot to take pictures so I’ll just post my next project instead… Goth deer #3 coming soon!

Some super cool skulls I’ve acquired over the past few weeks. Pair of longhorns & a juvenile black bear 😍 (Raccoon included for size comparison - not discrediting his coolness - 😂) I was going to wait til they were all fully whitened to post them but these guys are gonna take a while , especially since I have to get white paint off the bear. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m deciding whether or not I want to keep the bear for myself, but the smaller longhorn will be available at a significantly cheaper price than most as this guy came without his horn caps.
I’m starting - & hopefully finishing lmao - a few pieces tonight before the market tomorrow, I’ll try and post them when I get a chance. 🖤

Finally got my hands on a luna moth 😍
The white tailed squirrel just finished up his fluid exchange process yesterday, so I got to start 2 fetal kittens and a ball python and they should be ready before the renaissance faire. 🖤

I’ve been so excited to post these. 🥰
Owl pellet dissection kits! I’ve only got about 25 of them right now, but I’m going to try and keep them in consistent stock. These will make their debut at the next first friday market on September 2nd at rotary park in Princeton, and I should have some left over for the renaissance faire I’ll be working in Marseilles on September 10th before I have to restock! 🦉✨

Got to work with this lovely lady today! 💕
Couple pet memorial photos, and soon she’ll be my very first wet specimen. Super excited about this one.
I had a few people at the last sale suggest I use dragonflies, and I thought I’d give it a try. The ants that found their way into my office must not have liked it.. or maybe they liked it too much. 🥲

Anyways, I’ll be at the first friday market at rotary park in Princeton on August 5th! I’ll post my pieces as I finish them, I’ve got big plans. 🥰 *and hopefully more dragonflies..*

Silk moth cats hatched about 4 days ago & they are sooo picky about which leaves they want that I can barely keep up. 😂

11 days left until the fairgrounds market!
I’ve been super busy rushing to start & finish more projects that I haven’t gotten a chance to post any updates.
My first attempt at maceration was a success, aside from my neighbors hating me for the smell -especially now that we’ve got 7 or 8 full tubs out back- 😂
I was gifted a momma polyphemus moth, who’s eggs should hopefully be hatching within the next week that I am so very excited to raise.
I’ll be posting individual pictures soon, including all the wood products we’re finally getting around to finishing. 🖤

All my finished specimen pieces for now, I’ve got 13 more to complete. 🦋🦂
Still working on the wood products but they’ll all be revealed soon, along with some bones. We’re finishing up the maceration process with a full fox skeleton and a deer skull, and I’ve got 2 more deer skulls & hopefully some cow parts on the way! 🖤
