New driveway completed (right next to old driveway) so we're "back to normal" :)

04/25/2022

EVERYONE that uses the Training Center this one's important so PLEASE READ IT ALL!!!!!

As many of you know my landlord used to own the Miller Flooring building in front of the Training Center but recently sold it to the guys that own HighWire next door. That's why I got a new well, one well used to provide the water for both buildings. The old Miller Flooring building is going to become the retail store for HighWire so we no longer are able to use their parking lot as a driveway to the Training Center...so it is back to using the road.....beware of the potholes!!!!!

Also, it turns out that the front driveway (the one from the road directly into the parking lot) is on the property that now belongs to HighWire. My landlord has started the process to install a new driveway for the Training Center but it's going to be a little bit of a process...new culvert, lots of dirt work, etc. etc. So for the next little while (and I don't know exactly how long that is going to be yet) you need to drive down the road all the way to the far driveway - the one at the back of the Training Center, drive down the side of the building and park in front in the parking lot and still use the front door (the one we've been using that opens directly into the training area). When you leave you need to do the same thing......drive down the side and go out the back driveway.

Sorry for the inconvenience.....I'll keep you posted.

Rick (my landlord) had some fill brought in so it’s OK once again to park in the front and use the front door - yeah! Still muddy but at least it’s now just normal mud. 🤪
