It was a super busy Saturday afternoon at the shelter. Multiple adoptions, three reclaims, and lots of people coming in for visits!! A couple of our long timers are headed to their forever homes. We are thrilled to share that Jersey and Judge Judy were among today’s adoptions!! I got the biggest hug from sweet Jersey when he left.

The McMichael High School Volleyball team was honored for their State Championship win. The coaching staff accepted the Resolution and said their team’s victories are rooted in everyone’s dedication to the team’s success, not their own. The Coaching staff also gave a nod to their dedication to academics. Eleven members are a part of the National Honor Society with the other five being too young.

Meet Gravy. Gravy is a social butterfly. Very independent and strong-minded. Loves playing with other cats and playing with his toys. Very very high energy and loves running around and jumping.

Hi, I'm Blake and I am 10 weeks old. I am looking for my furever home! I'm very affectionate and friendly. I can be a little shy when first meeting someone new, but warm up quickly! I am very loving and playful and I will curl up in your lap and purr. I love being pet, or just being near. I am good with other cats, good with children, and do well around the family dog.
