It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Our sweet Dr. Pepper. He has comforted so many after loss and help to save so many of his fellow kittys. He was the best boy. Boulevard will not be the same without him. Rest easy sweet boy. 🐾🌈

Boulevard Animal Hospital will be closed as of now September 1st through September 12th. All appointments have been cancelled. We will call to reschedule. Medications can be picked up Wednesday and Friday between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Absolutely no medical treatment will be given, we will not have a veterinarian in office! NO VETERINARIAN absolutely NO EXCEPTION to this! THE DOCTOR WILL NOT SEE ANYONE AT HIS HOME. Please be respectful of this! Thank you for your understanding.

It’s that time of year. Don’t forget your flea and heart worm meds. If you need heartworm medication our office requires a copy of your dogs heartworm test if it was preformed at another office or we would be happy to make an appointment for you if we haven’t already. Update**
The kitten was dumped by a man in a pickup at 5:30 this morning. A neighboring office caught you on camera.

Our office is an Animal Hospital, NOT A SHELTER. As much as we would love to help every stray or pet in need we can not. Please stop dumping your pets or strays in boxes and cages outside our front door. It’s not surrendering if you are not speaking with someone and handing the animal in the appropriate manner. What if we didn’t come in and they got cold, or eaten by something? This poor baby is starving. Whomever John is shame on you. You accidentally left a postcard in the box. If you need our help ASK and we will do our very best to get you the help that you need! This is unacceptable!!

ADOPT US!!

These 6 sweet babies are looking for their families. They are 7 weeks of age, have had their first sets of vaccines and wormer. Boulevard Animal will cover their next set of vaccinations. We will require a spay and neuter contract to be signed at adoption. Please contact our office with inquiries. Thank you!!

Their story in short. Their mother was left in a carrier on our doorstep at the clinic about two and a half months ago. She was very much pregnant so we decided to let her remain with us for the rest of her pregnancy. We took an X-ray and determined that she would soon have 5-6 babies to love. We named her Gladys, after about 2 weeks with us she delivered 2 very sweet kittens, we checked on her all through the night and she still hadn’t given birth to anymore. So about twelve hours after giving birth Gladys needed our help. Doc met at the clinic early Saturday morning and we helped her with an emergency c-section, thankfully all 4 remaining kittens survived and were very strong. Yesterday afternoon Gladys was given the best gift ever. An amazing home. She is now happy at Home with our amazing Doctor and his wonderful wife Jennifer. She was such an amazing mommy and this is exactly what she deserves. It is our mission to help her babies find the same love.

****ATTENTION**** Mask or face coverings and social distancing are required on Boulevard Animal Property. When approaching our front door or when our employees are approaching your vehicle. This is none negotiable. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone not following these guidelines.

Please remember that we have NO walk in hours.
We see pets by appointment only that can be scheduled 9:00 - 12:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

When you arrive for your appointment please press the doorbell on our front door ONCE and return to the inside of your vehicle.

All medication refills including Flea medication MUST be called in 24 hours in advance. At that time you will be given a time to pick that up. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Med pick ups (that have already been called in) are available 12:30 until 2:00 pm. On Thursdays and Saturdays pick up is from 9:00 - 11:00 am.
IF YOU MISS YOUR TIME YOU MUST COME THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. No Exceptions!

When arriving to pick up a medication that was previously called in please press the doorbell TWICE and move down the sidewalk in front of the big window AWAY from other clients and the front door.

Our Doctor is NOT seeing anyone at his home. Please refrain from calling his personal numbers. He needs time to rest. You must make an appointment with our office at the given times! (765) 962-8189

Boulevard Animal is NOT an emergency Vet. If you have an emergency please call the nearest 24 hour Emergency Vet.

Our office will be closed for med pickups and appointments Friday July 3rd and Saturday July 4 so that we can enjoy this much needed holiday weekend.
We will still have our scheduled surgery Friday July 3rd.

Doc will NOT be seeing anyone in his home.
If you have medication refills that you are in need of before this holiday weekend please be sure to call them in this evening to our machine so that they can be picked up between 9-11am tomorrow.
