I would like to take a moment to remind everyone of our cancellation policy.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling scheduled lessons. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee, payable via Venmo at the time of cancellation. Please don't put Lynn or yourself in the uncomfortable situation.
Please ensure timely notification to avoid any inconvenience. Remember alot of planning goes into each and every lesson as well as scheduling each and every student.
If you anticipate being away, kindly provide Lynn with at least one week's notice to facilitate scheduling and planning. Remember Lynn has been organizing the schedule 5 weeks out!
Regarding weather conditions, lessons will be scheduled accordingly. Please bring sufficient water for riders and guests, as bottled water is not provided. In cases of inclement weather, Lynn will make informed decisions regarding safety, and you may contact her if you have any doubts.

Excessive Heat is likely today, hot and humid, with heat index values 105-115° for most areas. Record high temperatures possible for some. Stay cool 😎🥵
Be sure your horses have access to fresh clean water and shade. Hose off or sponge off excessively hot horses to help there body temps come down.
You can also set up a mister to give your horses options.
Offer fans for air movement of possible. Be sure you clean the motor and fan blades of dust and hay debris to reduce fire hazard.

Last day of camp, we rode between the rain and even got in a short trail ride.
This ladies and gentlemen improved so much in there horsemanship skills; catching, grooming, tacking, leading, and wow riding independently at walk and trot in the large arena.
Despite the rain we had a great time!

Camp making to most of the storms and rain.
We were able to enjoy a short ride practicing 2 point, no-sturrips, and traffic.

We are opening our new footing for Haul-ins.

Use the round pen & the large arena, barrels, cones, and limited jumps. Hose area for rinsing, filling water buckets ect. Lynn works hard to keep the footing dragged and fresh.

By appointment only.
$25.00 per horse. 2 hour time limit.

All horses must have a current coggins and send proof upon scheduling.
Helmets are required for ALL riders.
Liability release must be signed
No trial riding out of the fenced property.
Be respectful of the property
Clean up after yourself and your horse.
You are responsible for any damage.

Local transport available.
We have a 2 horse stock trailer step-up and a 4 horse slant load with a ramp.
Message for specific prices and availability.
We charge $3 per mile for 1 horse and the cost is calculated one way even though we have to return to our farm. We charge to get to the pickup site and from there to the drop off location.
Additional horses are an additional $1.50 per mile provided they are all at the same pick up & drop off location.
Additional items like tack and equipment may be transported with the horses for an additional fee.

A $100 deposit is required, and the balance is due upon delivery.
