Update Sam Wednesday 9/11: Sam is coming to the adopters porch nightly to eat. He was there last night. Thankfully no recent reports of him being on 211 West, the dead deer was removed from the road and hopefully that has helped with him not hanging out there. Dogs love things that smell not so good. The Real Deal Trapping team is at the property today, assessing and seeing the next steps.

If you have seen Sam in the last 48 hours, please comment here, we are watching this post and reporting to the team. He is in the 211 West, Airport Road, Hamburg Road area of Luray VA.

Thank you for continued thoughts his way. This is made more difficult since he has been in a trap before. We are committed and working hard. Thank you. Of course we can’t reach everyone, please slow down through 211 West out past Tractor Supply. We appreciate the help.

‼️ YES, this is Sam who was adopted today from the shelter. He was near Hamburg Road and 211 West in Luray VA. The focus is just to get Sam back safely. No one could be more upset than his adopter. We always support and encourage. DO NOT CHASE! He will be scared. Report any sightings to these numbers or PM the FB page of Page County Animal Shelter. Please share this post. We want Sam to settle down and not run, a feeding station will be set up.

For any of my puppy clients... I took Gilean to his first grooming appt at NextGen Grooming in Stanley. They were awesome!! This is all about Gilly getting used to grooming, handling and being social. I highly recommend booking with NextGen Grooming. Your puppy or any of your dogs will benefit!!

Happy Monday!! We would like to share with you our new lil guy, Gilean...nickname "Gilly".
He is a red merle Corgi, 8 weeks old! Such a lil sweetie! He and his big sister are getting along great and our amazing Sherman is watching not to step on him! 🐾♥️
I am sure you will see lil Gilly in classes soon!

RAFFLE, RAFFLE, RAFFLE !!!!!!!! To benefit Page SPCA and RAWL !!!!!

Calling all animal lovers and anyone who has a few dollars to help support two amazing organizations who do such unselfish and incredible work in our communities!!!! We are raffling off an adorable quilt donated by a wonderful friend (hello Jenny Dems!) with all proceeds going to Page SPCA and Rappahannock Animal Welfare League.

Tickets are $2 each, or 3 tickets for $5...and can be purchased at our clinic or at RAWL (540-937-3336). Drawing will be held on December 20th, 2023.
