Owner Gene Hallenbeck started working on a farm at an early age and has a lifetime of experience with animals of all kinds. He particularly enjoys working with dogs and is an accomplished and well respected professional groomer. His rapport with dogs is amazing and his day-care program also serves to properl

y socialize and balance all types and sizes of dogs and puppies. Cats have an area of their own where they can snooze or play their days away. The boarding kennel has large inside/outside runs with exercise areas and the entire facility is heated and air conditioned for your pets' comfort. Nothing puts a smile on your face more than watching the dogs being dropped off for day-care rush to the front door in the mornings, tails wagging and bouncing with joy. Gene is very generous with his time and talents and has been affiliated with the Roanoke Valley SPCA and other rescue organizations for years. He often helps with fostering dogs and cats, giving them that extra tender loving care they need and providing playtime for socialization.
