Price Increase Coming November 1st, 2023

Due to cost increases on our shampoos,conditioners and most other supplies, as well as increases in our rent and employee health insurance we are implementing a small price increase between $5 and $20 depending upon the size,breed and coat condition of your pup.

The price change will help us cover most of the operating cost increases we have had over the past year.

We thank you for your patronage and appreciate that you let us take care of your precious pup! 🐶 🐾

Degio is a 2 years old mini Aussie doodle, he has a lot of undercoat. Once we got the undercoat raked out, he was able to stay cute and fluffy 😍 He is such a sweetheart!

We are super excited to announce that at the beginning of January Lilly Bees Pet Spa joined the Haute Dog Spa family of pet grooming salons. The previous owner of Lilly Bees, Shannon Forsberg, graciously accepted our offer to continue the great legacy of Lilly Bees with the same wonderful staff of groomers as she moves on. We thank Shannon for her dedication and service to your pets and wish her the best as she tackles her next career!

So, what will change with the new ownership?
Our full-time employees now have medical and dental health coverage along with paid vacation time and a 401k program. We have additional resources to help us provide an even better experience for you and your precious pup. Our staff will engage in additional training and development to further their grooming expertise. You will notice a co-brand of Lilly Bees Pet Spa / Haute Dog Spa. Soon you will be able to book appointments online if you prefer (or book the same way you always have!). You will notice
some upgrades to the Spa over the next couple of months as we work hard to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety, and we provide the tools and environment for our groomers to do their best work.

What won’t change?
Our loyalty program will remain in place. We love rewarding our loyal customers! Our staff of professional groomers hasn’t changed. Your preferred groomer is still here to take care of your pet. We will continue to be your friendly neighborhood Pet Spa!

A bit about Haute Dog Spa.
Haute Dog Spa is a group of four locally owned and operated Pet Spas across the metro area. We are not a chain; we are owned by Dennis and Barb Countryman who have lived and worked in the Twin Cities our entire lives. We purchased our first Spas in Edina and Plymouth in May of 2021. Our third location opened in White Bear Lake in March of 2022 and now we are honored to add Lilly Bees Pet Spa to our family. We are 100% committed to the most professional care for your pets by hiring and training our staff to be professional groomers. We are a bit more expensive than the chain groomers, but we provide a significantly better environment for your pet and results that you will love. We are also committed to
supporting the local pet community by donating 10% of our annual profits to Secondhand Hounds. Look them up – they do amazing work in providing local adoption and medical services to pets.
