Well the new season is about to get going, good luck to everyone ! Be safe ! A little shop update , we have finally moved into the new house and shop is 100% completed. The year started off very rough with supply issues being very difficult from Jan to around June but seem to be getting a little better at this time. All suppliers have raised prices and will likely increase again as the season gets underway. The new shop prices will reflect these costs. In July I had a set back and had to have the knee that was replaced 3 yrs ago, removed ,restructured, and replaced again. This set me back about 8 wks overall, will do my best to complete work in a timely fashion, please be patient.

The shop will be closed Mon, Tues, and Wed, all calls and texts will be returned on Thurs 18th. Again the shop has been moved to Roscommon , and is only accepting a limited amount of work for this season. Good luck hunting and be safe

Reminder Stonepoint Taxidermy is no longer located in North Branch. I haved moved 2 hrs north to Roscommon , I will only be accepting a limited number of shoulder mounts for repeat customers from the Lapeer/ North Branch area, I will still be doing euros for Jays processing in Lapeer with pick up and drop off at his location for this season. Shop has been back up and running for 30 days now , alot of mounts in progress. I am running 4-6 wks behind at this time working hard to get caught up w/o rushing your mounts. Thank you for your continued patience. there will be a price increase on shoulders mounts for the new season, and will limiting number of mounts taken in from the Lapeer area , Thanks Todd

Just an update on new shop status, due to continuous delays related to covid excuses, and supply related issues, the new shop has an estimated finish day of about 2 weeks from today. Having my electrical inspection on Tues. I will continue prepping capes and forms until the shop is complete enough to set-up a suitable work area to properly mount your trophies.
I apologize for the delays but have discovered I am way to particular to try mounting anything w/o having most of my tools and such where they need to be ? Please look at your receipts and know most work will be completed in that 1 year timeline. but may go a little longer, due to me wanting to mount them properly and not cutting corners to get them done quicker, thank you for your patience.

The last day for pick-ups at the Cobblestone address will be May 1st. I will be arranging pick up days in the Lapeer area after that date. If you currently have a mount completed and has been waiting for you to pick up you have until
May 1st to pick it up here, if I have to transport it to the new shop you will have to pick up there. Also if we have arranged a Lapeer area pick-up date and time and do not pick-up as scheduled you will have to drive north to pick-up. I will only be transporting mounts in one direction. Well its official now, Stonepoint Taxidermy will be moving 2 hrs north to Roscommon. The move will take place sometime in May, I will be making arrangements to do pick up of mounts at a couple local businesses, to make it easier for customers to get their completed mounts. You are always welcome to come and pick up at the new shop, No I will not hurry your mount to complete before we move north. I want to thank all my wonderful customers for their business these last 7 yrs, hope I get to work with many of you in the future as well, I will be doing limited local pick-ups in the fall.
