We asked you if you wanted it, you all said yes... so Happy 2017 and welcome to the new Stephenville Equine Sports Medical Colic Care Program

Enrollment: Open enrollment as of January 2nd, 2017. All horses must enroll prior to March 1, 2017.

Duration of coverage: Through December 31, 2017

Basic terms: You schedule to take care of your horse with all its normal health care necessities like an exam, all their shots, dental, health profile, f***l, Coggins test and a Health Certificate (we'll give you credit for one when you need it) and we'll put them under our care for any colics in 2017 for free! That includes after hours and treatment at your farm or our fancy new clinic. Well, since free is a big word we will specifically write off up to $1500 of colic care expenses.

Contact Abby at the front desk to get on the books. All horses have to be enrolled by the end of February.

After a brief delay in our campaign, the court will decide on 1/27 whether the State of South Dakota will legally place the remaining wild horses – many of whom are pregnant mares - in the collaborative care of Fleet of Angels and Habitat for Horses.
