𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑨𝒘𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝑨𝒖𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒆 𝑨𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒔 🐶

We are the Bradley Family and we are sure glad you’re here! With many new followers, we felt it was the perfect time for a little introduction.

Awesome Aussie Acres is nestled in the foothills of North Carolina and was born out of our love for a very special breed.

Our first experience with an Australian Shepherd happened when our daughter was gifted a female Aussie in the 6th grade. The connection between the two was nothing less than magnetic! We knew then that Aussie’s were a breed like no other.

We quickly found Australian Shepherds make great companions. They are highly intelligent and eager to please. They are not excessive barkers and only bark when necessary…which makes them great guard dogs! These are the traits we fell in love with and what led us to the decision to become a breeder.

In 2012 we purchased our first female, Addie, to start our program. However, she didn't stay with us very long as our son whisked her away to be at college with him. We often joke that Addie earned the college education and our son received the diploma! 😜

Soon we purchased another female. This time a Red Tri named Sadie. She became the true matriarch to our adventure here at 𝐴𝑤𝑒𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒 𝐴𝑢𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑒 𝐴𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑠.

As you can see, our Australian Shepherds have brought great joy to our children over the years and now, our grandchildren. We truly feel blessed by this breed and would love nothing more than to share in that blessing with you!
