Today’s friend is Chloe! She’s a Blue Heeler mix breed who has made it to be 17 years old! This dog is special to me, as she’s from the same litter as my very first dog. Despite her age, she’s still getting around well!

Happy Happy Birthday to my own, one and only, Marshmellow! At the end of this month, he will be making 3 years. This little white kitten was found as a stray and befriended and named by my niece. Now, he is 17lbs pounds of fluff and living a life full of being loved and spoiled. Words cannot express how much I love my cat!

It’s October! I normally start decorating mid September, but always wait til October to do the Chinchilla cages. My babies Navi and Coconut are going very happy to have some new things to investigate.

Here’s a throwback! This is Marshmellow. I found him as a kitten on my grandmothers porch, covered with fleas and even had ringworm on his tail. Fast forward to current day, 2 years later, Marshmellow is a healthy and LARGE lovable boy and I wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world.

Goals for 2021?
To continue my Animal Education of Course!
Sarah, which is myself, is almost done with getting her Veterinary Assistant Certification through Penn Foster as well as is beginning the Veterinary Technician Associates degree Program.
All the while, still continuing my Bachelor of Biology degree at University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Some courses I have completed include:

Behavior, Handling, and Restraint
Body Systems and Terminology Part 1
Body Systems and Terminology Part 2
Nutrition, History, and Physical Examination
