If any neighbors close to horse farms could let them know of your 4th of July fireworks show, please inform the farm what evening of your event. Dan Mautz Chelsea Faulkner please ask neighbors. Ours are staying in 7/4 7/5 7/6 because we have had one jump a 5' gate during fireworks displays.

While I was judging in Culpeper, Va. for 3 days, this happened at The BEST Horse Shows. Congratulations to the Rankin-Green girls and their 3 horses who were trained by Connie Ewing and Leia R Wilkins. CCF team rocks even in my absence and the scorching conditions. Thank you for taking over my training position.

Thank you everyone for contacting me. I have purchased my unicorn.

I am looking for a school horse 16 h or under. Age between 10-16 or close to it. Doesn't need to have a lead change but does need to be safe, kick quiet, a gelding, in the ring and out of the ring on trails. Maintenance is fine within reason, but must be sound for w/t/c and 2' jumping. I do know what prices are out there, but I am limited on my budget so preferably between mid to upper 4 figure- very low 5 figure. Will be willing to look in MD, VA, DE, PA, and NJ areas. I have been a professional in the horse business for 50 years, and I do know what I am looking for. Send me a PM with details and video. Thank you! 🦄

1st day of Spring and I was putting blankets on horses at 11:15 pm yesterday. 🤬

Some FB peeps talking about their horses are out day and night with and without blankets. I personally don't want mine or the owners horses I care for to do that. We are lucky to have the indoor to turn out in groups or singles tomorrow. I'm not going to see mine ice skate and possibly fall down on the frozen ground. In addition to the mud ruts that are going to be frozen tomorrow to cause a twisted fetlock, torn tendon, etc. Mine don't go out in single digit wind chills. We are all allowed an opinion.
