They have an aromatic flavor and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures Microgreens are considered baby plants, falling somewhere between a sprout and baby green.
Microgreens are used in Wraps, Sushi, Stir Fry, Soups, Spring Rolls and in Meat Dishes. They are versatile and flavorful and can compliment or shine in any dish. They are delicious garnishes. The can go on Sandwiches, Salads, and Shakes or Smoothies.
