Why do people still hate Black People? Why haven’t in 2022 have the Black Community proven that we’re not savages or animals? We’re in fact the same we have been since day one… Humans!
Doctors, Nurses, Farmers and Inventors… we weren’t slaves we were Enslaved…. Why in 2022 does the fight continue? How many of us must die? Why does it take Death 💀 for so many to even try to care (for awhile)? Why are we asked to explain why we want to be treated like Humans to other humans? Why should we keep having to raise our children in fear? Why do you want to wear our clothes, eat our foods, benefit from our hard works yet think so low of us? Why Prison? Why destroy our families? Why won’t you give us that job for fear We will out shine and out do you?

Better yet, WHY DID TAKING NAMES OFF OF SCHOLARSHIPS BRING UP THE PERCENTAGE OF SCHOLARSHIPS THAT BLACK STUDENTS GOT AT SRJC?

When will TEACHERS & PROFESSORS realize the oppression they cause our marginalized students? Take account of their discrimination and make changes! Start by adding us to your syllabuses!!! It begins with you!!! Teachers and professors can change the narrative yet they don’t want to WHY?
