We offer riding lessons to all abilities from beginner to advanced in pleasure riding, dressage, and some jumping. We also offer full service boarding for horses of all ages, breeds, and abilities. All instructors are Centered Riding certified and will work with you and either your own horse or one of our beloved schooling horses to accomplish your riding goals. We ask that children who want lesso

ns to be over 6 years old. We have experience in teach not only beginner children but beginner adults. its never to late to learn how to ride a horse. Our school horses are our best friends and we believe a happy horse will give 110% when asked to give a lesson. We listen to our horses and do our best to do match people with the appropriate mount as well as giving them days off to relax if need be. If you are looking for a relaxing "Centered" place to ride and/or board your horse then HillCroft is the place to be.

Today heaven gained another angel. Our sweet Keegan, at the rip age of 13, crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge with his people by his side. He was always so gentle, be it watching the babies, human and dog, or laying with you when you were recovering from anything he was there. He brought any new dog friend a toy and welcomed them into his life.
He will be sincerely missed and there is a big hole where he took part of our hearts with him today. Please understand if we are all a little out of it over the next few days.
We love you Keegan and will see you on the other side of the rainbow 🌈 bridge someday. Play with all the friends you've lost.

I love this guy so much. He got a overdue haircut today. Made him look 10 years younger. He also gave a lesson today!

Saturday Asher and our very own Lauren Jensen became close. They got along on the ground like old friends. As some of you may know, mules dont make fast friends. They dont trust easily, but when i do, its meaningful. Well, Asher and Lauren made fast friends. They did so wonderfully together. When Asher is happy he makes his neigh/bray noise. And during their time together her made his noise! There are 2 videos to go with these pictures that will come along next. Congratulations Lauren! Our next Mule Whisperer

Sir Williams first ride today with Sally Bauder.

Hillcroft is pleased to announce that Sir William had his first official ride today. Sally Bauder was the first person to sit atop William. He took it like a champ. He didnt make a bad move. He seemed to enjoyed and respected Sallys leg when she applied it to him. There will be a video to follow as well.

Today Gibson kept William busy by playing who wants to wear a cone. Or maybe they wanted to be unicorns. Who knows.

Kelley McCarty made a slide of some of her favorite photos of Lulu. Thank you everyone who has sent their condolences to us and her mom Kathy. The first photo was sent from Kathy and its of Lulu as a 3/4 year old. Kathy was lucky enough to have Lulu in her life for 25 wonderful years. Her presence will be missed.

Williams first time with a saddle on! He's growing up so much so fast.

After a rough few years, especially this last year, Sally has decided its time to love another horse. She has brought in Mia, (from Tara Roebke) to work with and enjoy. We all wish Sally the best of luck with this beautiful mare. Welcome Mia! And Congratulations Sally.

We really are full service. This is Keeper a lesson horse and well loved part if HillCroft Stables who was having a little stomach ache yesterday. Well today he is feeling better and getting bran mashes. But he didn't really want to eat alone so Amy sat with him and hand fed him his breakfast. Then later Kelley M. Sat with him and fed him his lunch. (Pictures later) these animals are spoiled and well loved. We are all very happy he's feeling better.
