We all know Evie is an amazing mama…. But today she surprised even us! Check out her new baby that she is lovingly feeding and cleaning and protective of. She has adopted this orphan kitten and welcomed her into the Outlaw pack. We will call her Annie Oakley.

We have sad news about the outlaws litter. Evie carried 7 puppies. 6 were born alive. The little yellow female was very very small and not very strong. Sadly she did not survive. We were very devestaed about this. But as breeders we also know these things happen. It’s never an easy post to make. But we knew you’d be wondering if you followed their birth stats.

X-ray shows it still in there. We haven’t slept. At the emergency vet. She’s a mess being away from the others. They are warm in the car with Bryan.

Update #7 did not survive. She was beautiful. RIP sweet girl.
