Today's Collective was a huge success! Today we integrated some of our littles into the larger group. Watching dogs of different sizes, personalities and backgrounds learn to communicate and simply exist together is always incredible to see!
One of the most important parts of the Collective is that owners don't talk to their dogs. No constant cues, no reassurance, no micromanaging. Just the opportunity for dogs to process the environment, work through uncertainty and learn how to cope with the world around them while their handlers learn to trust the process.
The Collective is as much a learning experience for the humans as it is for the dogs. It teaches patience, observation, timing and the value of allowing dogs to be dogs.
We're so proud of every team that joined us this morning and the progress we watched unfold throughout the session!
A HUGE shoutout to our handlers, who work tirelessly behind the scenes helping these dogs build confidence, social skills and better relationships with their people every day.
Thank you all for spending your rainy Saturday morning with us. We had an absolute blast. ❤️
Sometimes the best thing you can do for your dog is say nothing at all and let them figure it out. 🐾
