Some pictures of little Luna at the NWSWS New Years BASH. She completed her UCK championship and will take a small break to mature a little more.

Pictures of Nyxia from the North West Silkenwindhound Society New Year's BASH! She came home with 4 best of breed wins in novice puppy and a ton of experience. At two shows a day for 4 days straight and nothing but good experiences for her, it really helped solidify her already amazing attitude about showing. This girl LOVES gaiting around the ring and is SO good at stacking for her age! She is such a fun and loving puppy, with just the right amount of s***k. I love this girl so much.

With the new amendments to the UKC standard for poodles stating that they can show in solid with a small amount of white I will be registering her as a solid and showing her as a solid from now on.
She has white mismarks on her chin (mostly faded now) chest and back toes.

Little Zara (used to be Dove) got to come out to the show as well and earned a Best of breed and went to Novice Puppy Best in show!! She did SO GREAT for her first show and I absolutely loved getting to see her. I would have kept this girl if she hadn't been going to my close friend and their sire owner Camille. They are a great team and I'm so glad they love each other.

I finally bought the ring side pictures of Luna from the Lilac City Dog trainings first UKC conformation show we went to a few months ago. Excited to get more pictures soon from the year end BASH show to compare a couple months hair growth and maturity. She's 7 months in these pictures.

Crow, now Quasar, finally made it home to Courtney in Boston! It was a long trip but he rocked it. Now they finally get to bond and he gets his person to love forever. I am so happy for them 🖤 I am so happy to have all my little birds leave the nest and be with their special people.

Vesper and her beautiful collar I had made for her as a puppy (before I even brought her home) were featured in this article about Amanda Madtes, the owner, creator and genius behind Celtic K9. Amanda is such a kind, caring and wonderful lady and I'm so glad to know her and have pieces of her work forever. I always recommend her, because not only are they beautiful, they hold up incredibly well and save fur. 💕

Crow has also accompanied Abigail at Urban Hero Poodles to work and taken the experience in stride! He loves everyone but very quickly learned to chill and relax next to her. What a good, smart boy!

Crow is learning lots of things with Urban Hero Poodles and he's always happy to do it. He also went to work with her today and was happy to meet everyone. Crow has never met a stranger! He loves people and is easy to train!

Maverick went from a hairy beast to something of a pony cut. He won't be showing until about April so he has plenty of time to grow more coat back. This cut keeps the important hair but gives me and his guardian family a much easier time maintaining until then.
He was previously Lark.

Here is a little sped up video of Crow getting his face and feet shaved. He's such a good boy. He's great for every part of grooming. The bath, blow drying, brushing, grinding nails and shaving. He stands great for clipper and scissor work as well. Not only has he been trained in grooming since he was tiny, he has also been kennel trained during the night AND day. Potty training is coming along nicely. He knows his name and comes when called. He wants to learn and do so many more things with people, he needs his special someone!

Little update video on the puppies!

Here is a sped up video of the past few days of Early Scent Introduction. Day 1: Soil (video posted) Day 2: Oregano (did not record) Day 3: Grass Day 4: Feather Day 5: Pine needles Day 6: Soy Candle Puffin and Lark seem to be the most interested in the scents. Alongside the ESI they are also getting Early Neurological Stimulation like I showed in the first video every day. Not their favorite time of the day. They enjoy cuddle time much more.

Day one of stimulation today and the bird crew smelt soil! These puppies are growing at least an ounce a day and had tails docked yesterday. (Dew claws intact) Video sped up X2 to keep it short.

I am so so excited for this litter to be born. This really will be a bunch of exceptional puppies! Mount Zion Standard Poodles

It's about time I made the official post on this page. We lost Corvus is a tragic and unforeseen accident on May 15th. Our family is still reeling from the huge loss and we feel it every single day we don't see his happy face. Corvus was everything I had dreamed of in a poodle and brightened up every moment of every day. This is why we are making Vespers litter theme "Taking Flight" in honor of Corvus (named after the crow constellation) and why we changed stud plans and bred Vesper to Corvus' dad, Gilboa. Vesper and Corvus shared the same mom so hopefully this will honor him and bring us some small amount of peace. I have no idea if we will keep a puppy from this litter. It may hurt too much to even consider. I will just have to see how it plays out.
