Puppies 4 day weigh in, they are all gaining weight and active puppies with no issues so far. Vet will be out to check them on Sunday and if everyone is healthy they will be open for deposits.

September 5th-8th is the Umpqua Kennel Club dog show in Roseburg OR. And the Cascade Australian Cattledog Club Regional Speciality. Finally I have worked for 5 years to get them to hold a Speciality in Southern OR. So PLEASE show up and support our breed whether is the main show Thursday - Sunday or just the Specialty on Saturday. Come out, even if you don’t show your dog show up. I could use the help ringside. They will have: Farm Dog, CGC, trick dog, Obedience, Rally, Juniors. Truly something for everyone you can earn a title in one day in Farm dog, CGC, Trick dog. Please help me support S Oregon and a fantastic club. Entries close on Wednesday morning 8/21 so don’t Daley. Today was X-ray day for the younger 6pk dogs, the 2 year certificate for Fresca, Dolly, Loretta & 18 month prelims for O-so next week we will do frosty & Pepsi then submit them all to OFA we will be doing CERF in Roseburg then adding 5 more CHIC numbered dogs to the roster. 🥰

Since most of Rooty show win photos are with the photographer who cuts and pastes the dog together we don’t have many good shots of him and since he came back from South Fork Blues in good body condition we did a mini photo shoot with him today. I need to get a real photographer out for some good shots it is hard to position him and shoot him without help, oh and Nono & Sq**rt wanted to get in on the fun too.

Are confirmed for August 13th litter This is a repeat breeding, Rogue will be getting ready to go home, and hopefully Orbitz will find his home as well. The last litter was very nice clean reds great Conformation. This is a nice combination of Bone, angle, movement & brains. My litter pick from last litter should be at the Specialty show in September in Roseburg OR. That will be her first show.

Today in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. “calypso” picked up her second major going winners bitch, best of opposite s*x, best of breed owner handle, She only needs four points to her championship. Miss “Rogue” went reserve winners bitch. Dolly came in with another second. And “Fresca” came in with another second. The weather is hot, but it is absolutely beautiful over here. And you couldn’t ask for a bunch of nicer people to show with. Finally got to meet Michele which was nice. I met her husband a few years back. There are some photos of “Rogue” in group yesterday that I didn’t post that I just through with today’s photos.

Friday Coeur d’Alene, Idaho Rogue WB, BOS, BOBOH, Fresca RWB, Dolly’s first show she is doing amazing I am just thrilled she has not freaked out on me this trip. Calypso well she is taking it easy letting little & big sister share the spotlight. Fun but to lots of running.
Oh ya and I forgot to mention a new !,AKC CHAMPION!!
