Sunny is a Registered AQHA 9 year old gelding, grandson of the famous Zips Chocolate Chip. Sunny stands about 16 hands tall and a classy built guy. Sunny has been used for 4-H western and English pleasure classes. He has a nice handle a beautiful small jog that’s as smooth as glass. He pick up both leads and moves off leg. Sunny is also been on lots of trail rides and is super quiet and gentle! No vices, no fuss! He’s a puppy dog to handle.

Introducing Durango! Durango is an 8 year old Grade Paint gelding that stands approximately 14.3 hands tall and is stocky built to carry all sized riders. Durango has been used as a feed lot horse, to move cattle and to check on the livestock. He has done some roping and play day events and is a family trail horse. I have just been using Durango as a trail horse for the past few months. He is a fantastic trail horse that will go anywhere you ask. Big hills, rough terrain, in rivers, nothing bothers him. He has a really nice one hand neck rein and moves off leg pressure. He transitions in the arena very easily and will hit both leads. He’s a sensible horse with a sweet heart personality. Durango has great feet with no issues, he is currently shod on all 4 feet, due to our trails being extremely rocky. He stands perfectly still being tied anywhere, cross ties and stands tied to anything. He has fantastic ground mangers and not pushy at all. He’s a very respectful horse. Durango is great in a stall with no vices, and is great in a pasture. He is a kind horse that doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. I would like to Proudly introduce Majesty’s Dream, or as we like to call her “Princess” here around the barn. Princess is a registered Gypsian mare. Meaning she is 50% Gypsy Vanner and 50% Friesian. She is pure black with a long beautiful mane and tail. And just the right amount of feathering on her feet. She stands approximately 15 hands tall and is as thick built as they come. She is just perfect for all sized riders. She is clean legged and healthy. Princess is a fantastic girl that acts more like a gelding than most geldings do. She isn’t marish at all and is very friendly toward everyone; people, horses, and all animals. Princess is mostly used as a trail horse and lesson horse currently. She is safe and gentle for all level riders, kids and beginners. She has a great neck rein, side pass, and back up. She will do “hips over” to the mounting block to get on. And stands still to mount. She has a nice smooth trot and smooth lope. She will pick up both leads and everything is easy. She is a more whoa than go type but will go if asked. On the trail, Princess will go out alone or in groups. She doesn’t care where she’s at in line. You can pack her with saddle bags and go all day or just out for 20 minutes it doesn’t matter to her. She’s great through all types of terrain, bridges, water, mud, rocks. She uses her head when it comes to tricky areas and always chooses the best route. I have been using Princess to mark trails with paint cans and nothing scares her. She’ll ride ba****ck, Western or English. Princess is also trained to pull a cart and looks absolutely beautiful doing so. She just had a refresher course this winter with my driving trainer. Princess is the kind of horse you can let sit for as long as you want and jump on her and go for a ride. No lounging or worry. She has no buck, no rear, no bolt. She is very smart when it comes to obstacles like the teeter totter, tarps, balls, rope. Even if she’s never seen it before she will always try her best. I can’t say enough good about this mare she is truly a once in a lifetime horse that anyone would love. She is currently shod on all 4 feet. But she has great feet and doesn’t necessarily need shoes. But I have tons of rocky trails so I like to keep them on. She is up to date on coggins, Rabies, 5 ways. And worming. She stands great for the vet and farrier, stands great tied, crossed or regular. Saddles and bridles with ease. She is always the first one to meet you at the gate! She gets along with all the other horses in the pasture and is easy to catch. In a stall she is very content. She keeps very clean stall which is always a fantastic bonus! No maintenance required, she has no vices, she is smart, sound, sane, and gentle. Watch her video and let it do the talking. I like to introduce you to Rafter GF Skeets Gun, aka “Lady May”. She is a registered American Quarter Horse mare that is just 7 years old. Lady May is fantastically bred; she is a granddaughter of the famous Spooks Gotta Whiz, a NRHA champion of over $300K. Just like her grandfather, Lady May has a solid mind and talent for the show ring. She has been shown in Ranch Pleasure, along with trail riding and children’s riding lessons. She stands approximately 15.3 hands and is very nicely built. She has very nice legs and no scars or issues. She is the most beautiful buckskin color and has very kind eyes. Lady May is easy to work with, leads nicely, loads up, and stands tied nicely. In the arena Lady May is one of the easiest horses to ride. She has a nice easy neck rein, where she will pivot beautifully, with a nice correct 360 turn. Lady May has one of the smoothest small jogs that anyone can sit. A good collected long trot and a rocking chair lope. She will hit both leads and move off leg. She will side pass both directions and carry a nice headset. Lady May is also fantastic with trail obstacles, going over bridges, teeter totters, through water, and over tires. She is a smart mare that loves to please. Out on the trail she is levelheaded and easy. She will ride in a group or out alone. She doesn’t get upset if the horses are far out in front of her. She is good on her feet and over rough terrain. She is always my first pick in the barn to take out anywhere. She is a fast learner and would also make a good rope horse or English prospect. She is suitable for any level rider including children. She will stand at the mounting block to me mounted and stands still to be dismounted. She is not spooky at all and is one of the most comfortable rides. I can’t say enough good about this young lady, I absolutely love her. And I’m sure you will too. She is up to date on Coggins and vaccinations and on 4 shoes. Winston is a 7-year-old draft cross gelding. He has a nice thick build, without being too tall, standing approximately 15.2 hands. Winston has really nice thick legs and good big feet. He is currently barefoot and does great that way. He has had shoes on, as well. Winston is a great trail horse that will go all over the place, alone or in a group. He will cross creeks, ditches or go through the fields. He is a husband safe trail horse that is smooth and easy to ride. He is not spooky at all and always tries to please. Winston will do obstacles, like walking over tires, through cowboy curtains, across bridges, through water and deep ditches. Winston will walk, trot and canter in the arena, as well, but enjoys trail riding more. He is very friendly and loves attention. He picks up all four feet very well. Winston bathes and loads great. He is more whoa than go, and would make the perfect husband-type trail horse. Winston gets along great with other horses and isn’t mean to anyone. Bourbon is a gorgeous champagne buckskin Kentucky Mountain gaited gelding. He stands 15.3 hands, 7 years old and is a thick built guy. Bourbon is one heck of an awesome trail horse. He will go anywhere you ask. He has been on overnight camping trips all over and used around the farm for family trail rides. Bourbon is a sweetheart that loves attention and has zero bad habits. He is suitable for any level of rider, would make a great husband horse or beginner trail mount. Bourbon will pick up all 4 feet with ease and is great for the farrier and vet. He trailers perfectly and stands to be bathed and tacked. He is a perfect gentleman with time off, so no need to keep him rode all the time. Rode him everyday or once a year and he’s the same. Hello everyone, Rocking L Equine would like to proudly introduce Atlas! Atlas is a Draft cross Gelding that is 7 years old and stands approximately 15.3 hands tall and thick built, thus he can carry bigger riders. Atlas is one of the coolest horses I have ever had to offer. He will arena ride nicely with a soft easy neck rein, smooth transitions into a trot and lope, will pick up both leads and has a nice stop. He will walk around slow and easy with a nice level head. Outside, Atlas has been my guide horse for the dude ranch I work at. He is absolutely the best trail horse; he’s been in very large groups of horses with zero issues. He will ride in the front, middle, or back just fine. He will also ride out alone with zero issues. Atlas had been throughout all different types of terrain from step hills, mud, rivers, puddles, and rocks. He is a patient horse that doesn’t get worked up about being in strange places or tough riding. Atlas would make a perfect all-around fun horse for any level rider. Pack him down with saddle bags and hit the trails or take him overnight camping or play around with cows, obstacles or arena riding. Atlas is a super chill dude that never says no to anything you throw at him. He will stand quietly tied all day to trailers, cross ties, gates, trees or whatever.
