HAPPENING NOW: The Shreveport Dog Park along the Red River has been closed due to flooding.

The 🐶dog park at Southern Hills Park remains open for those looking to let their pets run and play outdoors!

A small construction project at the dog park will begin Monday, November 7. The two existing dog wash stations will be improved and a sidewalk will be added in the small dog area from the entrance to the washing station. We don't expect to be closing the park during construction, but some areas may be inaccessible while the work is in progress.
