As we continue to work on rectifying our computers and backdating data, we also wanted to make you aware that if you have a pet on a PAW Plan (Pet Annual Wellness Plan), there is possibility that you might be double charged for the month of June. If this is the case, please give us a call and our team is prepared and ready to promptly refund any double charges that may occur. (Proof of double payment will be required for refund and for record-keeping purposes).

We sincerely apologize for any and all of the inconvenience this may have caused. It is our priority to remain open and able to continue to provide care to your fur babies. Thank you for being patient with us. 🥰
