PUPDATE: MeMe has been adopted!

Hi! I’m MeMe. Unfortunately, I currently hold the title of longest GHS resident. I’m not really sure why. I love to play with other dogs and I have lots of energy, so I can keep up with everyone! I also know how to “sit” and love to be the center of attention!

When the nice folks here asked me if I wanted to dress up for Howl-o-ween and show off my costume to lots of people, of course I said yes! Maybe, just maybe, if someone sees me all dressed up they will come adopt me today. Or anytime before Saturday really… because I’d love to be your plus one to the Howl-o-ween Fest this weekend.

The best shotgun buddy is still looking for her forever home! She can’t wait to meet you!

Cricket is about 7 months old and fully vaccinated. She was spayed about a month ago and just about the sweetest dog ever! She loves to snuggle more than anything and will sleep right up next to you every night. She loves her foster brother and will do better in a home with other dogs. Yesterday we went on a rescue mission to save three very sweet, very scared babies! We are so thankful for the opportunity to help them. There are always more to save but all the stress is worth it just to see their faces when they know they are finally safe.

This sweet boys name is Cash. He is the sweetest boy and seems to be happiest snuggled up on the couch or just laying at our feet with a ball to chew on.

Cash is 7 years old and up to date on all vaccines, bloodwork, and prevention. He doesn’t seem to understand what a cat is yet since he’s never met any before but doing great even surrounded by all 4 of Talia’s dogs.

Cash would love a yard he can play in and friends are a plus! If you’re looking to add to your family let us know!

Update:

The stray hold ended on Tuesday for this sweet boy who we are now calling Ghost Pepper. He is heartworm negative and up to date on all his vaccines. If you’re interested in adopting or fostering, or know someone who is, let us know. We can’t wait to find this baby his forever home! ❤️🐶

This is Ghost Pepper! He has been hanging around my house in Clinton for about two days now. He is not neutered and looks to be about 2 years old. We’re on the search for this sweet boys family! Please share and help us find them!

So it finally happened. Four months living in a cage. After being given back twice and countless families and rescues changing their mind, he is finally home.

Silas officially left for his new life about an hour ago and our hearts are so full.

I can’t thank everyone enough who shared our babies story and helped us save him. It’s because of y’all that he won’t grow up on the streets.

For almost 4 months our sweet Silas has been living in a cage. After being rescued as a puppy with his brother and sister, Silas is the last of this sweet group to not find a home. He just wants a family to call his own. I know he doesn’t understand why he has to watch all the other dogs come and go and it just breaks our hearts.

Silas has his neuter scheduled for this Friday and will come up to date on all his shots and preventatives. He is about 7 months old and full of energy!

Y’all say hi to Neko! This good boy is between 1 and 3 years old and approximately 65 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and prevention, and house trained! He is microchipped as well!

Neko has a very bubbly personality and has yet to meet a person that isn’t his best friend! He loves to run and play so he will need a yard and person that has time to get all that energy out.

Although he gets along great with children he is a bit of a bull in a china shop and may knock little ones over. We are unsure how Neko feels about cats so advise caution and recommend a slow introduction if you have any.

Bobbie, is about 6 months old and the sweetest girl. She was dropped off with us as a tiny baby and Talia bottle fed her until she was big enough to eat on her own. She loves to play with her toys and snuggle up after a long day!

Silas is almost 5 months old and full of energy! He gets along great with everyone he meets. He is looking for a family that will have time to teach him how to be the best boy he can be!

This is Silas. He is the last of three babies that is looking for his home! Not neutered because he is 15 weeks but up to date on all his shots! Thank you so much to everyone that is here to follow our crazy story. We have been talking about making this page forever but the timing was never right.

Talia and I have known eachother for less than a year at this point. We have had many success stories and even some with endings that broke our hearts. We knew this would be hard but it is so rewarding. I can’t even begin to explain how much joy this process has brought us. I do plan on sharing the stories of some of our most memorable babies that have come through our lives so stay tuned for those.

To everyone we have met and who has helped along the way we appreciate you more than you know. I don’t think we would have been able to accomplish as much as we have without you.
