We are a South Dakota company developed through the vision of its founders to provide cost effective remediation to our customer's enviromental problems. By enhancing the natural bacteria present in the containment pits, we coerce the bacteria to "eat hearty" which results in liquefaction of the sludge. Added benefits to this process include boosting the nutrient value of the manure as it gets use
d on farm fields for fertilizer. We started with goals of helping swine production farms alleviate problems associated with odor and sludge in their manure containment pits. We have since evolved into a company with the expertise and products to accomplish those goals and many more. Applied Remediation distributes and uses the most advanced products designed to clean up chemical or oil spills. Our products are designed to encourage microbial bacteria to consume and break down the contamination. Our products are listed on the Environmental Protection Agency's National Contingencey Product Schedule and can safely be applied to combat contamination on land or in the water. We make it possible to treat contaminated soil on site (insitu) instead of having the high expense of excavating the contaminated material and replacing with clean fill. The cost savings is trememdous and the job is done relatively quickly. From your shop floor to the largest spill, we can handle them all. Applied Remediation has partnered with United States Environmental Resource and Recovery Group to bring our clients the most comprehensive Nutrien Management program currently available. Our products have been specifically developed to treat phosphate contamination generated by a variety of industries including, but not limited to, Confined Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO's) and Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facilities (WWTF's). Phosphates bound to our product are held by strong bonds that are not water leachable and remain plant available. Application rates as low as 0.0025 lbs/gallon have been shown to be highly effective at dramatically reducing concentrations of contaminants present by 61.5% in just the first 24 hours. Our program is designed for the farmer who doesn't have enough land to safely apply all of his own manure without going over the limits of regulations. We make it possible to spread as much as needed in a smaller area. Please Contact your Representative for details, DVD's to show how it is done, and to ask any questions.
