We are a welsh pony breeding farm. We primarily breed section B welsh ponies, but also breed sections A's, C's, and D's as well as half-welsh/crossbreds.

We are so saddened by the news of Glynhafan Garnet’s passing. She was quite a beauty, had much success/admiration over the years with her various riders, but was most loved by Susan Nachtygal.
We are so sorry for your loss. 💔

Fabulous day despite the brisk weather. Our 2023 GF Schooling Show went as smooth as our ring was dragged which both were pretty darn good!
All riders who participated rode great & the horses were extremely tolerant and well behaved!
Thank you to our judge Erin Cole who was amazing with our young riders!!!

2022: A year we joyously welcomed a beautiful palomino filly “Glynhafan Desdenova.” By Glynhafan Traveler and out of Glynhafan Blondie.
The meaning — “gift of eternal light” and truly — how fitting.
Like Desi, “Blondie,” too, was born palomino. Out of a lovely mare bred by Amy Schwartz — Kelviden Daisy Mae and by our stallion Glynhafan Raspberry Twist, she was a spitfire in her early years and had a complete cookie cutter resemblance to Maisy. We are so hopeful that the physical resemblance Desi has to her dam and granddam solidify the legacy she is set to continue. God knows her strength has shone bright.
Unfortunately, after only three post-birth months we lost our dearest Blondie to an unrecoverable colic yesterday. Loved by so many & gone far too soon. We are so blessed to have bred such a lovely pony and so fortunate to have been left such a remarkable gift stamped with sweet, big eyes & an even bigger heart. 💛 To say we are devastated would be an understatement.

We wish to extend our sincerest condolences to Amy Schwartz & the Kelviden Farm family on the recent passing of Glynhafan Regal Cimmarin (Reggie). Over the course of his 28 years, Reggie earned numerous national titles & carried many young riders into their first leadline class as well as riders into the hunter ring, always proving his wonderful and versatile temperament.
Our heart goes out to Amy and everyone who loved him. Reggie was most definitely a legend. 💛

With deepest sorrow we regretfully announce that our “big girl” Penrhyn Mariah crossed the rainbow bridge today. She was 33-years young; the mother of four lovely Glynhafan babies: Seren Du, Stormy Weather, Zepher and Stellar Wind; and lived many glorious days here at Glynhafan Farm. Purchased at 18-mos. old from Grazing Fields Farm, Mariah was always a barn favorite & exceptionally athletic, being shown in pleasure driving and under saddle by a number of riders/handlers. We will remember her most for her lively spirit and opinionated ways. Mariah will be dearly missed.

At the age of 32-years young, we regretfully announce the passing of Glynhafan “Krystle”, a brilliant kids pony in the show ring and lesson program as well as broodmare and an accomplished driving pony. We thank Double V Stables and the dedicated/extensive care Lynn Dente gave Krystle over the last ten-years. She will be deeply missed.
