We have received a lot of questions about pet travel with the new CDC requirements starting August 1, 2024. Dr. Thoreson is a USDA Certified Veterinarian. Your pet's rabies vaccine must be up to date and cannot have lapsed. We are looking for a friendly person to help our patients and clients. As the face and voice of our business, our Customer Service/Veterinary Receptionists are the first and last points of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will help create exceptional experiences for our patients and clients. At Klahaya Animal Hospital our mission is to promote the health and well-being of animals while developing trusting relationships with their owners.
Your Role:
• Providing an elite-level of customer service, with a high degree of energy and charisma
• Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby, exam rooms, and other public areas
• Comfortable navigating conversations surrounding our wide array of services and products
• Answering phones, providing/receiving information and directing calls as needed
• Schedule appointments
• Payment management, accepting cash/check/credit, and AM/PM reconciliation
• Participate in community outreach and engagement campaigns
• Cross-train into other areas of the business when applicable
• Performs other duties as assigned

Update: The cardio OFA clinic is full!

There has been an overwhelming response. We are currently full. We are hoping to do more of these in the future! Stay tuned.

We are excited to help with this advanced cardiac screening for our breeding clients in search of echos!
