Meet Otis Redding he is currently fostered but desperately needs a forever home. He was owned by an elderly couple one of which passed and the other is being moved to a senior living facility that won't allow him. If you or someone you know might be interested please dm us and we'll put you in contact with his foster home for a visit to answer any questions.
