Arrived at Janette and Ed's home, pulled up to the barn to unload the dogs.
Walking into that barn brings back many memories, went to open the first kennel and noticed heavy cobwebs on the door and in the corners... my heart is heavy with memories and sadness of the loss to the bluetick breed and friend and mentor to many of us.
Greatly missed, will never be forgotten 😢

"PR" Magnum Blue Jet Eleven Again with class, breed and show at DeKalb Couny C**nhunters Club in Hamilton Indiana.
So very proud to owen this one year old hound, he has a very good start in his bench show achievements already! This is his 2nd class, bred and show with his first bring at the Northern Legends hunt at Bellevue Michigan, then Class and Breed at Martinsville Indiana at the BBCHA Springround up.

Magnum Blue Bit 'O Honey officially has17 days till her due date.
She has really filled out this past week, she looks even bigger when she stand on her hind feet in the kennel, lol.
I'd say she will have a decent litter. This will be her first.

Here are the pictures of Magnum Blue Bit O' Honey, her due dates are August 15th thru the 18th according to her breed dates.
Looks like she just might have a few in there 😉
She just turned 2 ,this is her first litter. Her ni***es were normal size before we bred her. The started getting really thick this past week.
This was a fresh side by side AI breeding to:
GRNITECH (2) CH Mead's Blue Jet Eleven
I use my ovulation meter when I first notice dripping, test daily as per the instructions.
When the numbers hit right we AI breed that day and 2 days after. Having great success with this method.

Magnum Blue Bit 'O Honey will be bred to GRNITECH (2) CH Mead's Blue Jet Eleven with in this next week.
Her numbers jumped on my ovulation meter today, they should drop in the next 2-3 days, that is when we will breed.
Will post her pedigree and picture of her later this evening.

Jeff and our young friends, Nathan Balay and Sierra Yordy took the old man, Jet Eleven, out for a dump or two last night. Treed 2 close in a short time. Their young pup treed a little with him on the last tree. Thank you Nathan and Sierra for all that you guys do to help us keep our hounds in the woods!

Our 9 month old male we picked up Friday night at the hunt.
First time ever on a bench and won Class, Breed and Show!
Sire: GRNITECH (2) CH Mead's Blue Moese Jet Eleven
Dame: NITECH Tree Pounding Ho**er owned by Jonah Grogg
His registered name right now is Timber, we will be changing it soon.
This pup has been hunted with Jet 12, did a nice job. Treed with 12 and had a little fun fur time to boot 😉

Great weekend at the Northern Legends hunt!
Mead's Blue Jet 12 placed first on Friday night with 575+ no minus no circle, unfortunate circumstances prevented Paul from being able to finish out the hunt Saturday night, they still earned the title of high scoring male, we are very proud of Jet 12 and Paul for this great accomplishment!

This popped up in my memories today, that was a fun night 😉
This is when we owned both Jet Eleven and the Boomer 3 which is now Jon Walz Boone dog. Talk about hunting 2 hard hunting males together! It was a hard decision to sell Boomer, but I knew my priority had to be with Jet Eleven and the promise I had made to Ed.
