She has been trained to carry a saddle and a child has been on her back. Sable is extremely gentle, healthy, and has no bad habits at all. We will continue working with her under saddle as she carries a child. We welcome your visit to meet this lovely jennet.

Rascal Flatts is a handsome young jack, out of our fine jennet, Cedar Oaks Sable. Sable is black with a cross. Rascal's
Sire is Country Music Garth Brooks. His grandsire is Country Music George Jones, National Champion Halter Jack.

Rascal has the great looking "Trademark George Jones head"
At the time these photos were taken, Rascal was one week old. He has enjoyed being imprinted; we are now beginning his halter training.

These photos were taken when Emmy Lou was one day old. She
has amazingly excellent conformation for a new born foal. She also has the wonderful CM George Jones head. Emmy Lou has an outstanding pedigree. Her sire is our Country Music Sonny James. Sonny is dark brown/black, and is 29" tall. Sonny's sire is
Country Music George Jones, brown and 30" tall, a National Champion Halter Jack, and his great grandsire is Faust's Spunky, brown and 29" tall, also a National Champion Halter Jack.

CM's Emmy Lou Harris's dam is N&D Lonestar Gypsy Girl. She is a dark Brown/Black and has a full four generation pedigree on her sire and dam's registration.

Emmy Lou has loved her imprinting. She already is trusting and affectionate. She would fit into any ones program as she is strong show quality, will be an awesome brood jennet some day, and Will be a beautiful and delightful companion for any age.

We imprint at birth and work with our foals daily - halter, tie, lead through obstacles, groom, handle feet and ears, and acclimate to electric clippers. BY FOUR MONTHS OF AGE EACH FOAL HAS HAD APPROXIMATELY 30 HOURS OF INDIVIDUAL TRAINING. 💕 We love every minute spending time with our incredible foals!!

“Sunshine”

We have had Sunshine for ten years. She is gentle and affectionate and gets along beautifully with all of our other donkeys, horses and goats. She is so gentle that we have now trained her to be saddled and led. Our ranch managers three year old granddaughter loves riding her. She has never had a health issue of any kind, and is current on her vaccinations and wormings.

We welcome your visit to see Sunshine and to bring a little one to be led on her.
