Dear Woof Gang pack .We value all of our customers and our groomers' time, due to the high number of No-shows and late cancellations that we are currently having, we are in the need to start taking $20 dlls deposit. This deposit will go towards your groom.
* Cancellations or reschedule can be done 24 hours before your appointment.
* No deposit refund for No-shows or late cancellations.
* No shows, late cancellations or rescheduling on the same day of appointment, will charge the existing deposit as a no-show fee.
