Hello, my name is Jenn Krek. I am a pet stylist at Petsmart at 3500 south Glenstone Springfield Missouri. I started my career here over 17 years ago and I have continued my journey where it all started! I’ve seen many changes through the years. It’s hard to believe how fast the years have gone by but I guess time flies when you are having fun! Many people wonder how I got into this career and honestly I believe it was fate. I graduated high school in 2004 with an International Baccalaureate diploma and graduated with honors, I was actually a smart kid but I knew I didn’t want to spend years in college so I dabbled in a few jobs and careers and then by fate while working in a hair salon I found myself explaining my passion for animals to a client and to my surprise he was the store manager at Petsmart and offered me a job as a bather with paid training to become a pet stylist and the rest is history because here I am 17 years later! (More to come later on where I got my passion for animals. HINT: I had an amazing grandmother who was known as the Dr Doolittle of Woodbridge Virginia. I can’t wait to write more about her and how she gave me my love for all animals while growing up in a house that rescued/foster pets but also wildlife rescue!)

HERE IT IS! After over 17 years in the pet styling industry I have created a page devoted to my career and for a way to stay in touch with clients for appointments, pet styling questions and just fun! So, why am I finally devoting a page to grow my business after 17 years? Well, through the years I have gained clients who have became friends and even some who have became like family to me, they have always spread good reviews about me though word of mouth but with a store lead and a salon lead that supports me and make me feel my true worth I am ready to grow my clientele and be able to connect with more people. I want this page to be a fun way for you to connect with me while seeing my art. You will also get a chance to get to know me more so you know your pet is in loving hands when they are with me.
