Hello friends and clients!!!!
In addition to grooming, I am also adding dog training to my business!!!!!
I am offering in home training ( at your home )
Packages start at bare minimum all the way up to service dog training!

If it is a service dog ( package will include) I will help you federally register your dog and you will get a free consultation on laws and your rights as a handler with your dog, from my husband who is an attorney)

Since it is in home you must be located within a 45 min drive distance or travel fees will be applied.

Sooooo I guess since it's all done but signing, I should go ahead and let everyone know.

If your are a client of mine, I will be moving the shop to Springfield may 10th.
It is bitter sweet, but exciting.

I appreciate those of you who have known for a week or so and said "no one else is grooming your dog you'll be following me"
And for those of you who I can't I understand.

I appreciate all the many many years of grooming each of your fur babies!!! And the loyalty of the community ❤️

I hope to see those of who can still make it!!!!!
And those who can't, I will likey do one weekend a month of house calls ( if I can swing it )
Just so I still get to see all my friends I've made over the years of my career!!!

We have some new things going on at the shop!!

First I wanna say,
if you didn't already know unfortunately with EVERYTHING going up in price in the world, so does all of our supplies equipment etc.. I held off raising prices last year, but as of now, EVERYONE'S prices will be raised $5.00 a dog..( as long as your dog isn't matted, badly behaved so on..) we hate to do it, but we have to be able to keep the doors open and a profitable business to be able to beautify your babies.

Secondly, with spring time rush coming... please remember
#1 we are not your "pet sitters" we do have lives outside of grooming, and we ARE not paid hrly... we work on commission, which means we do not want to sit around for 2 hrs with no other dogs waiting for you to pick up your furry friends.
If you need to make arrangements with us to accommodate ( please clarify that upon scheduling we have no problem working around schedules)

#2 please please.... if you do not know, I live in Springfield... I DO NOT come in until I have dogs bathed, dried and ready to have thier hair cut, this is how we run our business. Bathers come in first... it is my brother, he is family and will take perfect care of you and your dog until I get there. ❤️

#3 if you are not a regular client, you will be asked to book your appointment by holding a card.
We have too many no call no shows last minute and that takes a giant chuck of change out of our income when it leaves us zero time to refill your slot. ( please be understanding we have to put food on the table as well, ans I said before we are commission based)

With all of this being said, we truly appreciate every single client who comes through our doors!!!
And all of our regular clients who have stuck by our side over the many years of business!!!

( we have some slots available for next week holler quick to get one they are filling up fast )

I feel I say this every year around this time of year... but here we go again, for the people in the back who may not know...

This week is one of the busiest weeks of the year for us as groomers

PLEASE BE PATIENT! ( we are completely over loaded trying our best to accommodate ALL of you , who want your pets pretty for Christmas)
It's gonna take us all longer then normal this week!!!!!

NO we can not hold your dog all day while you Christmas shop! You need to be able to pick up when your dog is ready! We need the kennel space for others coming in who are booked after you.

NO the price is NOT NEGOTIABLE we too have families to feed and provide for!!!

Please be understanding I speak for ALL of us groomers.

We are fully staffed and my wrist is getting better by the day. It's healed enough I can groom with no problem!!!!

Good news: I'm back from vacation!!!!

Bad news: I broke my hand the last day of vacation....

So, unfortunately with that, I can only do baths, blow outs, face feet and fannies, and very light trims as of now-
I'm hopeful to be able to hold my clippers again soon to do full grooms, but it will definitely be atleast 2-3 weeks provided ( I don't have to have surgery )

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we would DEFINITELY appreciate all the baths and light trims coming our way until I get back up!!!!!
