❗️❗️❗️Unfortunately due to a rise in no shows and last minute cancellations, we are enforcing a new policy. When clients aren’t showing up or cancelling late, this is harmful to our commission based employees as well as our small business. We understand situations may arise in which you must cancel your appointment. In such situations, we ask you provide 24+ hour notice to allow us time to fill the time slot with another paying customer. Clients that cancel after 24 hours are subject to pay 25% of their groom and clients who don’t show up or cancel after their appointment time are subject to pay 50% of the groom. We will be unable to book another appointment until charges are rendered. Your time is valuable and ours is too. We hope that you all understand 🩷

❗️Coat maintenance is so important! Severe matting is incredibly uncomfortable for your pet and can hide all kinds of skin conditions and pests. Severe matting can restrict blood flow to the skin. This weakens the skin allowing it to become thinner and eventually tear. Please make sure you’re brushing your pet regularly and get on a repeat schedule with your groomer to avoid severe matting. 4-8 weeks is the recommended! ❗️(not our photo, just using for reference)

Dear valued clients
We are aware of the dog flu that has been making its way around the country. We have not had any sort of outbreak here, thankfully.
However, it IS an airborne virus and it's always a risk when dogs get together. We are doing what we can with extra sanitation practices.
If your dog has or has had contact with another dog that has shown any respiratory symptoms including cough, runny nose, congestion, fever or not acting themselves we will need you to reschedule and get a vet clearance.
Please note we will continue to stay on top of this until this virus passes. Your pets health and safety is our top priority! Please enjoy this picture of Jordan with one of our new sanitation foggers😊🩵
