To all my loyal customers, new clients or potential new clients, I apologize from the bottom of my heart. I understand there is no excuse for not communicating, I honestly almost gave up and shut down Bath and Beyond. I haven’t been able to keep a decent employee so it’s just me… grooming your fur babies, answering all phone calls, scheduling appointments, walk in nail trims… on top of my grandmother who was like a mother to me passing away RIP Lola, I have been under incredible stress. I’m trying to do this all alone and I promise you guys it’s no where near easy. Also I tried to re epoxy my floor to make the shop have a better appearance considering the location and craziness with the transitional housing stuff going on across the street, the epoxy was mixed wrong and would not dry. Had to pay 5,000 to have it fixed on top of not being able to work, believe me, I wish more then anything i could have been there to groom your dogs but unfortunately God was working against me … please consider putting yourself in my shoes, it’s a hard walk to do but I’m honestly trying my hardest. Again, I apologize for all the inconvenience I have caused anyone and it breaks my heart to have lost a few of you guys and I am willing to make it up in any way possible.
