Last week, we officially rolled out our RIIO Values company-wide, and to no one's surprise, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. We are building something amazing and have the most engaged and enthusiastic employees. Some of the feedback we have received so far includes how appreciative our employees are to work for a company that not only allows them a voice, but values it, and that employees are really looking forward to the opportunities from our new job shadowing initiative.

saturn petcare inc. expands partnership with Ivy Tech Community College to support employee growth

saturn petcare inc. US is thrilled to announce the expansion of our partnership with Ivy Tech Community College Terre Haute to tackle the shortage of skilled maintenance workers in our area. As part of this initiative, three of our dedicated saturn petcare employees are embarking on an exciting apprenticeship journey.

This program comes at no cost to the employees and allows them to pursue higher education while continuing to work full-time—all while being paid.

It’s a wonderful opportunity for our team members to advance toward their career goals, and we couldn’t be more excited for them as they take this important step forward.

As a company, we are committed to continuing this program for years to come. Our clear goal is to provide our current employees and high school students an opportunity to achieve their career aspirations while at the same time securing the future success of saturn petcare.

This past weekend saturn petcare inc. US hosted its annual company picnic. This is one of our favorite days of the year! Getting to welcome our employees and their families to a fun-filled day of games, food, and camaraderie is the absolute best. saturn petcare inc. US is proud to once again partner with Grateful Rescue & Sanctuary to donate pallets of wet dog and cat food to 18 organizations across central Indiana. The American Legion Post 500 graciously allowed us to use their parking lot directly across from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The coordinated donation will serve 209,000 meals to dogs and cats across the area!

Day one of our RIIO Values Retreat has just concluded. We knew going in that we are surrounded by amazing people, but today we got to experience their creativity, thoughtfulness, and dedication in brand new ways.

From learning more about our company values to discussing the important feedback we received from the company-wide survey, every bit of today was a purr-fect display of the growth and progress that can be achieved when people come together to work toward being the best version of themselves.
