🧡4 month old Schnausky (schnauzer/husky) “Coconut” here! This guy came to us sickly weeks ago! He’s made a tremendous recovery in foster care. He’s definitely a Momma’s boy and loves all the snuggles he can get. He runs around with the teenagers at home and tries to keep up w the bulldog! Hes a little too curious w the resident cats, so a no kitty home in required. We guess he will be 20-25lbs pounds at max maturity. Another dog at home or lots of kids to show him the ropes would be helpful. He will be available to meet families after his vetting is complete next Thursday. Get your apps in now!!!

🧡 5Y, 20lb chunky Pom mix “Pandora” here! This sweet girl was turned into a shelter due to her owner having some personal health issues. Pandora is very quiet and laid back. Her favorite spot is on the sofa next to you. She would love a quiet home to settle into. Shes perfect w other dogs and doesn’t mind cats. Pandora is fully vetted! 🧡 1Y, 11lb Chihuahua mix “Jerry” here! This dog is a hoot! He has great energy and absolutely adores kids! His foster Mom left the room, only to come back and see Jerry dancing around the living room w her kids! He can hop and twirl, has quite the moves. We know people love fluffy dogs, but personality matters the most and Jerry is full of that! Jerry has been fully vetted and ready to find a fun family with kids! 🧡 55lb, 1Y, apricot Standard Poodle “Simon” here! Simon was purchased from a breeder and turned in as the owner was older and had no time for him. Simon is a goofball, like most poodles. He has a lot of good energy and will need a very active family, one with another playful dog or a house full of kids to keep him busy! Hes extremely smart and would benefit from some basic manners training. He does well with potty habits in the house. Simon is fully vetted and ready to find his active lifestyle. 🧡 12lb, 1Y old Maltese mix “Fluffy” here! We pulled this sweet boy from a shelter as an owner surrender. Whomever owned him was an awful person!! We noticed after picking up he kept wincing his one eye. Upon further examination the eye was filled with blood. We thought he was going to need a removal but after a visit to the eye doctor, it was determined that he was choked or strangled bursting the eyes blood vessels. The good news is that it will heal, but it will take some time. He also had localized hair loss on his back end from a flea infestation (now taken care of!). Despite it all, he’s a happy go lucky dude. He very friendly and loving and ultra deserving! This is definitely a rags to riches story for Fluffy! 🧡 40lb Doodle girl “Penny” here. We pulled Penny from a rural shelter where she was dumped. We cannot figure out why as she is very well behaved & has a calm gentle demeanor! She has nice manners and is not overly exuberant like many of the other doodles we meet. We think Penny would fit in to any home, kids would be great! ⭐️Beautiful update story! We were asked by a local shelter to take Rosebud (bottom right) and unbeknownst to us, she was pregnant. The day we picked her up she was in active labor and gave birth to 5 puppies. Her foster Mom was getting the puppy room ready for them when she received a call from a friend that an Amazon driver found a lone pup while on route (hence the name Amazon). No mom in sight, and already loaded w maggots she wanted to help! Since Rosebud just delivered puppies and was full of milk we said “let’s give it a try”. Rosebud immediately cleaned & nursed Amazon and raised her as her own until all pups were weaned. Amazon was so special to her foster Mom, she decided to adopt her and is now renamed Emmie! Rosebud and all her puppies have been adopted into loving families as well! ❤️. Tag your favorite Amazon employee to let them know it’s the little things that make a huge difference!

🧡🧡9 month old puppies “Juan (longer hair) and Juanita” checking in! These cuties were turned into the shelter by their owners as they were over pet ownership. These pups are very sweet, gentle & docile. They are welcoming of all the affection and play. They are fostered with 3 grade school aged children and are living their best life. They are good eaters, sleep quietly in a crate at night & are doing great w house manners! They do not have to be adopted together! Turn key pups here!

🧡2Y old, 55lb Aussiedoodle “Oakley” here!!! Oakley was turned into a shelter by his family. We were told they were distraught over it. The story goes that the young child at home fell on him while he was napping and Oakley nipped him. Obviously no fault of Oakleys, the child should’ve been taught respectful boundaries. We think transparency & safety is important in placing our dogs, so a home with older kids or empty nesters would be best for this handsome dude. Oakley is a very nice dog, 100% potty trained and knows commands. Whoever adopts him will have years of happiness ahead. He will require exercise & frequent grooming. Oakley has been neutered and our groomer at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Woodforest did an excellent job on his cut. His adoption fee will be slightly higher than our regular fee. Apply today.

🧡3Y, 60lb standard poodle “Ginger” here. Ginj, Gingie…she responds to them all. Ginj is a very nice dog. Super sweet and likes peace & quiet. Any ruckus created by the other dogs in the home, she quickly tries to squash- a total party pooper! Shes slowly coming out of her shell and has shown bits and pieces of excitement, with time that will change! Ginj just needs to learn how to be a poodle! Shes gentle & potty trained! 🧡 Watching the Olympics? Ouí Ouí! Lollipop here! This sweet Maltese mix is appx 1Y old and 8lbs. She came to us emaciated and her foster has been doing a great job slow feeding her and frequently feeding to pack on the weight. Her little tongue pokes out 50% of the time alongside her cute little underbite. Shes potty trained to go outside and is gold medal 🥇snuggler! ⭐️⭐️ Huge thanks to the Whistling Walker for helping this corgi/shep mix “Ryder” become the best version of himself. He needed help with basic manners & recall and he mastered it seamlessly. We saved Ryder from a local shelter after sitting for months with no adoption interest. We fully vetted him and he’s now off to his forever home. 🧡10 month, 2.5lb yorkie/chi mix “Timbuktu”. Timbuktu is a little dog with a big personality. He has enough energy to keep up with an active family, but he’s also small enough to carry around everywhere you go. This little guy has a big heart and loves nothing more than playing with the kids and other dogs. He has enough kisses to go around to everyone. He cannot be left outside unattended as he will slip through even the tiniest of openings. He is available as foster to adopt only for local Houston, TX area residents. 🧡 1Y, 9lb maltipoo “Brodie” here! This guy came to us via a shelter. Brodie loves wrestling with his foster brother (a schnauzer) and would really love another dog at home to instigate play with. He’s not a big fan of the crate, but day by day is getting better. He loves baths and had high reviews from his groomer. He’s very snuggly and loves to be petted. 🧡 Derpy dog alert! Welcome 1Y, 40lb Doodle “Cole” to rescue. We pulled this sweetie from a local shelter after being found as a stray. He’s been groomed and looking handsome as ever. Cole is very mild mannered and absolutely loves other dogs his size. He would love a buddy at home to wrestle with and to show him the ropes. 🧡 13lb, 7Y, “Tip” here! Hard to believe this amazing and cute boy sat in a shelter a long time waiting for someone to save him! That little Knick in his ear surely has a story, but we will never know..it just adds to his character. Tip strolled into his foster home like he lived there forever. 🧡 2Y, 6lb, 100% cute mutt of all mutts “Winnie” here! Shes tiny! She has quite the Mohawk and a dainty little personality. She loves to be held and give little boop kisses. When we pulled her from the shelter she was infested with fleas (of course we treated her for that)! but because of that her skin is quite inflamed and will be for a little. Winnie did test positive for heartworms & will need follow up appointments with our vet. The rescue will arrange the appts with you. Shes been fully vetted and ready to begin meeting families. 🧡. Look at our “FUR” babies. They came to us in rough shape! A month in a foster home makes a big difference in the lives of the little ones. They will be ready in about 2-3 weeks. Noble is the only girl. Mom is a chihuahua/daschund/pug mix. Mom is about 10-15lbs. Houston TX area.

We saw this TikTok video and wanted to share. 😉. Did you know that Mother’s dogs can become impregnated by multiple male dogs during her heat cycle? We never know the puppies actual breed, adult size, etc. It’s all a best guess. 🔮
