Did you know that less than 10% of the pets that are unchipped will return home each year?

A microchip is a secure, reliable, permanent identification for your pet and the process is simple and affordable. Microchipping your pet can help ensure that if your pet goes missing, they can be identified and find their way back to you.

If your pet is chipped, make sure their information is up to date. To help keep pets close to their loved ones, share this post and remind your friends to !

🤧 Uh oh, you might not be the only one in your house dealing with allergies!

Pets may be susceptible to seasonal and environmental allergies. Thankfully, there are several treatment options available.

Common symptoms our patients exhibit include excessive itching, red/inflamed skin, as well as recurring ear infections.

Yesterday we had our triennial AAHA evaluation and we are happy to report we have passed, making this our 51st year of accediation!

AAHA stands for American Animal Hospital Association and they are an organization that accredits veterinary clinics. Unlike human medicine, accreditation is voluntary (meaning not every vet clinic chooses to pursue AAHA accreditation). Currently only 15% of the vet clinics in North America are AAHA accredited and we are proud to be a part of that number. This means that we voluntary hold ourselves to over 900 standards of care (!!!), because we are passionate about highly quality medicine and providing your bet with the best care available.

Is your pet scooting or licking their rear? It could be their a**l glands.

A**l glands are located on the rear of dogs and cats. The glands produce an oily, fishy-smelling fluid that helps with scent marking. Sometimes these glands can get impacted or infected.

Soft, consistent stool, as well as allergies, are common causes of irritation. If your pet is scooting, licking excessively, or showing signs of discomfort around their rear end, contact us! We will help to identify the cause and determine the best course of treatment.
